Day 1: Delhi: Arrival in day or evening (according to your flight schedule).

Delhi – It is Capital city of India, with a population around 20 million, every corner of Delhi has its own attractions, whether old part of the city, or New Delhi, more commonly known as Lutyens Delhi , where still imperial style Buildings can be seen. Its monuments of mughal era and beginning of Muslim age in india are remarkable. Monuments like Qutub minar and Humayun Tomb are already in the world heritage list of monuements. Thus, Delhi is rich in terms of tourism and it offers large variety including its cuisine which can be experienced in its different quarters famous for different delicacies.

Day 2: Delhi / Mandawa :

Drive to Mandawa, discover this village of Shekhawati region, famous for its havelis. The havelis are houses decorated with frescoes and various patterns, which belonged to wealthy merchants doing business on the Silkroute. Check in to hotel and visit of havelis of Mandawa.

Mandawa is a small principality in Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, which was once a rich centre for trade and commerce as the region was a highlight of Silk route. There was commerce and trade in the region, due to which, the region was popular amond the merchants coming from far east regions, and it gave the opportunity to the region to flourish and grow. Thus , still we find luxurious houses or more commonly known as Havelis in the region, decorated with mural paintings depicting life style and mentality of people in early 19th Century.

Day 3: Mandawa / Bikaner:

Drive to Bikaner. Check in to hotel, and then depart for Deshnoke (Karni Mata temple is famous for its sacred rats). Discover the city with its havelis of Bikaner, the Jain temple and its bazaars.

Bikaner is a city with its typical desert fragrance, which has its own style and culture. Here we can find first glimpse of Rural Rajasthan, which you will notice easily in the costumes of people, with colorful lehangas and chunris ( Typical Rajasthaani style dress for woman) and large colorful turbans on heads of Rajasthani Men. It has its own attractions including 18th Century Junagarh fort and palaces like Laxmi niwas and Lallgarh palace. The legend of Deshnok Rat temple is also widely known and each year it brings thousands of tourists from far off regions of the globe. One can visit the famous camel breeding farm also.

Day 4: Bikaner / Ramdeora / Jaisalmer :

Morning visit Junagarh Fort of Bikaner built between 1589 and 1593. Departure for Jaisalmer. Along the way, visit the Temple of Ramdeora. Check in to hotel. By late afternoon, visit Bada Bagh (royal cenotaphs) at sunset. Evening walk in the citadel

Jaisalmer is another desert city of Rajasthan, known for its golden color houses made of local sandstone. It is another jewel in the tourism destinations of Rajasthan, attracting visitors from all round the world. Its major tourist attractions are Sonar fort, Jain temples with exquisite architecture, then remarkable Havelis of Patwa and Salim Singh, which are worth visiting. It has markets full of different artifacts, which makes visitors pass their hours in looking things. Its golden sands also attract the visitors, and they can go and experience local village life of people over there.

Day 5: Jaisalmer:

Visit the Golden Fort (Sonar Kila) built in 1156 by the Rajput ruler Jaisal, the Patwa-ki-Haveli, Salim Singh-ki-Haveli, Nathmal-ki-Haveli and Jaisalmer Jain temples. Depart for a ride on a camel back or Jeep in the Thar Desert (Khuri village 40 km from the city). Evening hosted by the gypsies of Rajasthan with traditional dances and music and dinner. Return back to Jaisalmer.

Day 6: Jaisalmer / Jodhpur:

Departure for Jodhpur. Check in to hotel in Joddhpur. Visit the Mehrangarh fort, known as the “magnificent fort”, overlooking the city from the top of its 122 meters height and Jaswant Thada memorial dedicated to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II built in 1899. In the evening, explore the bazaars of the city (Clock Tower) with their spice merchants.

Jodhpur is an important city of Rajasthan after the capital city Jaipur. It is also second largest city of Rajasthan in terms of Population. It is also knowns as Blue city, and each year attracts large number of tourists with its mighy and grand Mehrangarh fortress and other monuments. This is one of the most majestic forts of the world. The city also has some old heritage buildings, like Umaid Bhawan Palace, which is now a luxury hotel, and it has served several world celebrities for different occasions.

Day 7: Jodhpur / Jojawar:

Jojawar is a picturesque village between Jodhpur and Udaipur. Check in to hotel in Jojawar. Take a ride through the picturesque Aravalli Mountains by train, which takes you into the heart of the most beautiful forests and mountains of Rajasthan. This trip is also an opportunity to get in touch with local people, always curious to know visitors from far countries. Evening, walk in the village of Jojawar.

Day 8: Jojawar / Ranakpur / Udaipur:

Drive to Udaipur. On the way, visit of Jain temple at Ranakpur, Chaumukha Mandir, the temple with four faces and 1444 columns all different. Check in to hotel in Udaipur. In the evening, see the traditional dance and puppet show of Rajasthan at Bagore ki Haveli.

Ranakpur Jain temple – This is a remarkable example of Temple Architecture in Northern India, which shows the extraordinary architecture during 16th century, and shows the prosperity and richness of the region in its columns carved out of Marble.

Day 9: Udaipur:

Udaipur, also known as “The Venice of the East” is the most romantic city of Rajasthan with its lakes and its magnificent palaces, including the famous Lake Palace. Visit the City Palace and Jagdish Temple. Day dedicated to the visit of the city and bazaars of the old city of Udaipur. In the evening, boat ride on Lake Pichola to see the Sunset.
Udaipur is also known as city of lakes, as major parts of the city are concentrated near Lake Pichola and lake fateh sagar. The Udaipur city palace complex is largest palace complex in india comprising of City palace, Fateh prakash palace, Shivniwas palace , Lake palace, and Jagmandir Island. The narrow streets of the old city were cleverly shown in James bond magic film of Octopussy, and still one can experience the old heritage charm of Udaipur strolling in the markets near Lake Pichola.

Day 10: Udaipur / Chittorgarh / Bundi:

Drive to Bundi. On the way, visit the largest fort in Rajasthan: Chittorgarh Fort. Check in to hotel in Bundi, visit the old town. Visit of stepwell “Raniji ki baori” decorated with sculptures, the royal cenotaphs of 84 pillars.
Bundi is small rustic city, which comes often in narration of Rudyard kiplings Stories. There are attractions like Bundi Palace and fortress, with its typical Bundi style paintings known all over Rajasthan. Its different stepwells are also worth visiting.

Day 11: Bundi / Jaipur:

Visit of Bundi Palace and then drive to Jaipur. Check in to hotel in Jaipur and visit Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal). In the evening, explore the old town also known as the “Pink City”, and visit the temple of Laxminarayan.
Jaipur is capital city of Rajasthan, also known as Pink city of India, famous for its sprawling markets and lively people. On each corner of the city, you will find some attrations, thus markets specialised in jewellery, statues, clothes, spices and everything that you can think of. The city attracts thousands of visitors from far horizons, and keep the hustle bustle of this 18th Century city going on. Major attractions of the city are Amber fort, then adding charm to it, there is city palace and astronomical observatory founded by Raja Sawai Jai Singh, commonly known as Jantar Mantar which is among Unesco’s World heritage list.

Day 12: Jaipur:

Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan founded by the astronomer king Jai Singh II between 1688 and 1743. Visit the Amber Fort and climb the fort on elephant back or by foot / Jeep. In the afternoon, visit the Astronomical Observatory (Jantar Mantar) and City Palace. Walk in the bazaars of the “Pink City” and discover its historical markets.

Day 13: Jaipur / Fatehpur Sikri / Agra:

Drive to Agra. En route visit the walled city of Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar between 1571 and 1585. On arrival check in to hotel. Visit the Agra Fort, one of the most beautiful Mughal style forts built by Akbar in 1565 and enlarged by his grandson Shah Jahan. In the evening visit the bazaars of the city of Agra.

Agra is the city of Taj – which means light, and still Tajmahal is spreading its lights in the world, which is busy in different quarrels and disputes. It teaches them a lesson, that only love is eternal, rest is all, going to be diminish one day. This charming building attracts millions of tourists from all over the world, and is signature building of India. Apart from this, there are monuments like Red fort, Akbar’s tomb and Sikandara, and Itmad ud daula showing great history and grandeur of mughal era.

Day 14: Agra / Gwalior / Orchha:

Early morning visit Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Built at the request of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a tribute to his beloved wife, its construction has mobilized more than 20,000 workers and artisans from around the world. Back to the hotel for breakfast then depart for Orchha. En route visit the fort of Gwalior. Check in to hotel and visit the legendary city of Orchha in the evening.

Orchha is a small village located, near Jhansi, which is famous for its Bundelkhandi tradition. It is located on the banks of Betwa River. Its rustic atmosphere, gives tourist an attraction, which is unexplained. Once a tourist comes to Orchha, he is drained in the magic of Orchha. Famous tourist attractions of orchha include Jehangir mahal, Bir Singh palace, Raja ram temple and Laxmi temple.

Day 15: Orchha / Khajuraho:

Visit the palaces of Orchha, Jahangir Palace, Raja Mahal. After departure for Khajuraho. Check in to hotel. Visit the temples of Kamasutra. In the evening, explore the city of Khajuraho.

Khajuraho is also a world famous site on Unesco’s world heritage list, famous for its temples of Kamasutra. These temples dating to 11th century, are exquisite examples of indian art and culture, and progressive indian society during 11th Century. The Eastern and western clusters of Temples are worth visiting, in this small city, which has almost every facility and wide range of hotels and guest houses.

Day 16: Khajuraho / Allahabad:

Departure for Allahabad. Check in to hotel and then visit the temple of Patalpuri. In the evening, visit Sangam (confluence of three sacred rivers Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati River) and its ghats.

Allahabad is also one of the most important of city in Uttar Pradesh, known for its famous Triveni sangam, and Patal puri temple. The city witnessed the birth of famous Indian leader – Pandit Jawahar lal nehru, who was first prime minister of India.

Day 17: Allahabad / Chunar / Varanasi:

Drive to Chunar and then transfer by boat till Varanasi. Passage on the Ganges through picturesque villages. Upon arrival, welcome by our representative and check in to hotel. In the evening, visit the religious ceremony on the Ganges.

Varanasi is one of the oldest cities of the world, situated on the banks of holy river Ganga since ages. The city as several attractions, and most important being it is a living civilisation, and it gives sharp focus image of Hindu Culture and traditions. There is famous Kashi vishwanath temple in old city, near ghats. It is also known for its Benares Hindu university and Sarnath temple and Stupa, which is about 15 kms from the main city.

Day 18: Varanasi:

Early morning boat ride on the Ganges to see life waking – up on ghats of the Ganges and then back to the hotel for breakfast. During the day, visit the Buddhist temple and museum in Sarnath, visiting Manikarnika ghats (cremation) Dasahwamedha (purification) of Varanasi. In the evening, visit the ancient city of Varanasi, the Chowk and bazaars

Day 19: Varanasi / Delhi (transfer by flight):

Transfer to Varanasi airport to board flight for Delhi. Welcome by our local representative and transfer to hotel. In the evening, visit India Gate

Day 20: Delhi:

Delhi, the capital of India, an ancient, medieval and modern city. Visit of Old Delhi: visit the largest mosque in India, the Jama Masjid, and the bustling markets of Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, visit the Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar.

Day 21: Delhi / Return:

Transfer to the airport for the return flight.
