Day 2 – Mumbai: Mumbai Sightseeing
Morning: In the morning after breakfast, depart for a visit to Dhobi Ghat, an open-air laundry unique in its kind, and the Mahalakshmi Temple dedicated to the goddess of prosperity. The temple is often visited by devotees who offer flowers and sweets as a sign of devotion.
Afternoon: Visit the Haji Ali Mosque, another must-see site in Mumbai. This Islamic shrine is located on a small island accessible by a narrow causeway, giving the impression of floating on water during high tide.
Late afternoon: In the late afternoon, visit the Victoria Terminus railway station, an architectural marvel. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this building is an exceptional example of Victorian neo-Gothic style with a touch of Indian influences.
In the evening, free time to explore the Fort Mumbai neighborhoods near your hotel.
Day 3 – Mumbai / Ahmadabad (by flight):
Morning: After breakfast transfer to Mumbai airport to catch your flight to Ahmedabad. Welcome by our local representative and start your visit of Ahmadabad with the historic Sabarmati Ashram, once the home of Mahatma Gandhi and a pivotal location in India’s fight for freedom. From there, journey to the Calico Museum of Textiles to marvel at a stunning array of textiles and historical artifacts (the museum is open all the days except Mondays and holidays).
In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of the Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, renowned for its detailed lattice work. Continue your tour to the architectural wonder of the Jhulta Minar, or Shaking Minarets, followed by a serene visit to the age-old Kankaria Lake.

Day 4 – Ahmedabad / Patan / Modhera / Dasada
Morning: After breakfast drive to Patan to visit to the Rani Ki Vav, marveling at the detailed stepwell architecture. Explore the Modhera Sun Temple, appreciating the intricate carvings and historical significance.
Afternoon: Arrive in Dasada and relax, soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings.

Day 5 – Dasada
Morning: After breakfast embark on a morning safari in the Dasada Wildlife Sanctuary, witnessing the diverse wildlife and bird species.

Day 6 – Dasada / Bhuj

Afternoon: Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the spectacular architectural splendor of the Aina Mahal and Prag Mahal. Day 7 – Bhuj – Rann of Kutch – Banni Villages – Bhuj

Day 8 – Dasada / Junagadh

Day 9 – Junagadh / Somnath / Sasangir

Day 10 – Sasan Gir
Morning: Early morning embark on an exciting morning safari through the diverse trails of Gir National Park. Day 11 – Sasangir / Palitana / Bhavnagar
Morning: After breakfast drive to Palitana, home to the stunning Shatrunjaya Hill and its cluster of Jain temples. On arrival climb on the hill to visit the jain temples.

Evening: Take a leisurely evening stroll in the city.
Day 12 – Bhavnagar / Champaner – Pavagarh / Jambhugoda
Morning: In the morning after breakfast, depart for the historical city of Champaner, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore the remnants of the ancient city, including magnificent mosques, forts, and palaces that showcase 15th-century Islamic architecture.
Afternoon: Head towards Pavagarh, a sacred hill with significant religious importance. Visit the Kalika Temple perched atop the hill and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding region. Take time to delve into the history and spirituality of this unique place.
Late Afternoon: Continue your journey to Jambhugoda, a charming village surrounded by nature. Enjoy the serene atmosphere, perhaps take a leisurely stroll, and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings. This marks the end of your enriching day.
Day 13 – Jambhugoda / Chota Udepur / Jambhugoda
Morning: After breakfast, embark on a full-day tribal tour to Chhota Udaipur. In the morning, we’ll visit the tribal villages of Kol & Kharakwada. Additionally, we’ll explore the tribal museum of Chhota Udaipur and a couple more tribal villages to witness PITHORA wall paintings in their houses.
Afternoon: In the afternoon, our exploration continues as we delve into more tribal villages, discovering the captivating PITHORA wall paintings and other fascinating aspects of their culture. Opportunity to witness the vibrant Tribal Market known as “HATT” (a mobile market only on SUNDAY EVENING) taking place in different villages. PITHORA paintings, figurines, pottery, and bamboo basket weaving are among the main attractions of this unique place. Return to your hotel.
Day 14 – Jambhugoda / Mandu:
Morning: After breakfast drive Mandu. Drive through the tribal villages and scenic routes.
Afternoon : On arrival check in to your hotel and depart to visit the Mandu, with the visit of its palaces, as Jahaz Mahal, a picturesque palace that seems to float between two lakes, perfectly capturing Mandu’s romantic essence. Then visit Rani Roopmati’s Pavilion, another architectural gem, to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and learn more about the legendary love story that gave it its name.
Visit Hoshang Shah’s Tomb, one of the earliest examples of marble architecture in India. End your visit with a stroll to Baz Bahadur’s Palace, a fascinating blend of Hindu and Islamic architecture, and take time to savor the incredible acoustics of Rewa Kund, a nearby reservoir. The site is not only rich in history but also offers an opportunity to appreciate the art and architecture of medieval India.

Day 15 – Maheshwar:
Morning: Morning after breakfast, depart to visit Ahilya Fort, an imposing structure that offers breathtaking views over the Narmada River. You will be able to discover temples as well as the royal palace, all in a serene setting. After visiting the fort, head to the Narmada ghats, where you can observe local spiritual life.
Afternoon: In the afternoon, take time to visit some Maheshwari sari weaving workshops, a craft for which the city is famous. In the late afternoon a boat cruise on the Narmada River and attend the puja on the banks of the Narmada.
Day 16 – Maheshwar / Omkareshwar:
Morning: Morning after breakfast drive for Omkareshwar. Upon your arrival, check in Omkareshwar.
Late morning: Begin your visit with the famous Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga temple, one of the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas dedicated to Shiva in India. Imbibe the spiritual energy and discover the myths and legends associated with this sacred site.
Afternoon: In the afternoon, take a boat ride on the Narmada River. End your day with a peaceful walk along the river ghats, enjoying the sunset on this spiritual site.

Day 17 – Omkareshwar / Burhanpur / Jalgaon :
Morning: After breakfast drive to Jalgaon.
En route visit Burhanpur, a medieval city. Visit Jama Masjid mosque, a masterpiece of Mughal architecture. Then visit Shahi Qila Palace, where you can learn more about the region’s history and admire fascinating frescoes.
In the afternoon: Upon arrival in Jalgaon, check-in to your hotel and evening at leisure.
Day 18 — Jalgaon / Ajanta / Aurangabad :
Morning: Morning after breakfast drive to Aurangabad.
En route visit the Ajanta archaeological site, The Ajanta Caves are a group of 30 Buddhist caves dating from the 2nd century BCE to the 6th century CE, located near Jalgaon in Maharashtra. These caves are famous for their exceptional frescoes and sculptures, which depict episodes from the life of the Buddha and the Jataka.
Late afternoon: Upon arrival, check-in in Aurangabad then free evening.

Day 19 – Aurangabad:
Morning: After breakfast at the hotel departure to visit Bibi Ka Maqbara, often called the “Taj Mahal of the Deccan”, to admire its Mughal architecture and lush gardens.
Late morning: Departure to visit the Ellora rock-cut temples, the 34 caves, divided into Buddhist, Hindu and Jain cave temples, to understand the religious diversity of the site. Don’t miss the Cave 16, also known as the Kailasa Temple, an architectural marvel carved from solid rock.
Afternoon: Departure to visit Daulatabad Fort, an impressive medieval fortress located on a hill. Take the time to climb to the top for breathtaking views and to learn more about the fort’s history. End your day visiting Panchakki, a historic watermill.
Late afternoon: A stroll through Aurangabad’s markets to discover local life.

Day 20 – Aurangabad / Mumbai (by flight):
Morning: Morning after breakfast transfer to Aurangabad airport to take your flight to Mumbai.
Late morning: Upon arrival at the airport, welcome by our local representative then transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon departure to visit the Elephanta Caves.

Day 21 – Mumbai:
Morning: The morning after breakfast depart to visit the famous Dhobi Ghat laundries. Here, you will have the opportunity to see hundreds of people engaged in traditional laundry work, a real window into the daily life of the city. After this first stop, visit the Mahalakshmi Temple. This sacred place, dedicated to the goddess of wealth, is particularly lively during Hindu festivals.
Afternoon: In the afternoon visit the Prince of Wales Museum, also known as the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya. This museum offers a variety of exhibitions ranging from art to history. Then, end your day with a visit to Victoria Terminus station, now called Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, a magnificent UNESCO World Heritage structure.
In the evening, visit the Gateway of India, the symbol of India’s independence.
